How to Buy

Customers have tons of questions when making purchases or ordering a product online. And they always want to get an immediate response to their queries instead of spending more time talking to customer support or raising a request for assistance.

Therefore if you already know which item you are going to purchase or just have a question about the item, you just have to press the whatsapp button and you will be directly connected to the customer service who will respond to all your needs.

Payment Methods

Payment methods that can be used are:
# Bank Transfer (BCA)
# Credit Card (by Tokopedia: SCAB)

You can contact the customer service to inquire for the items link that can be checked out via Tokopedia. Service fee of 2.5% of the item price and shipping costs will be charged to the customer if the purchase is made via Tokopedia.

Pre-Order Payment

You can Pre-Order items that have an expected shipment date in the coming months. The expected shipment date indicated is the confirmed date given to SCAB by the supplier. If using a Credit Card by Tokopedia, the full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed. If paying for a Pre-Order by Bank Transfer, you can provide a down payment of 50% and the rest can be paid off when the goods have arrived. SCAB is not responsible for changes to the delivery date or cancellations of Pre-Order items caused by supplier production changes. If a Pre-Order item can no longer be sold, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method. Pre-Order items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

Delivery & Shipment Fee
Currently, SCAB delivers only to all addresses within Indonesia. We can also accept overseas orders, but we won’t accept for now requests for overseas delivery (outside of Indonesia) except their intended shipping addresses are within Indonesia. SCAB provides free shipping to all regions of Indonesia with express delivery services, as long as available by the courier to the destination city. This condition applies only to payments via bank transfer. If the location of the product is in the same city as the city of delivery destination and you want instant or same day delivery we can provide subsidies of up to 50,000 rupiah.
Shipment Date
Available Items:
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. During weekend, processing times may be longer. The purchase of more than 1 item might be shipped separately.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse.

SCAB cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of SCAB.

Product Availability
Items featured on the website is not reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. Therefore you are expected to contact customer service to order or inquire question. Once an order request has been received, SCAB reserves the fortunate to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise. Clients will be
nformed if, for any reason, the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the client’s request.

Return & Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is in the defective category. SCAB reserves the right to determine whether the product can be approved for return or exchange. If you receive a defective item, Please feel free to contact our customer service. We might inquire for several things to be done therefore that the return or exchange process can be carried out, like unboxing video or detailed photo of the item that shows the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us.

Hygiene concern and suppliers requests,certain items and brands are non-exchangeable, nonreturnable and non-refundable.
